In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Partyworx Personalised Gifts. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of the United Kingdom only. We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that you regularly check and re-read these terms and conditions.
You can order products online via www.partyworx.co.uk. When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated and we will send you an email acknowledging your order. We may refuse to accept an order if;
- We do not receive your payment
- There has been a pricing, discount offer or products description error
- The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued
- Personalised products contain content which may cause annoyance or inconvenience such as indecent, offensive, racist, pornographic, etc.
Please note that any alcohol goods will be shipped by a third party company who is fully licensed to sell alcohol. Items containing alcohol can only be ordered by and delivered to persons aged 18 and over. By ordering you are confirming that you are over the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or deliver products containing alcohol at our discretion.
In any refusal, we will immediately refund your payment for the total amount debited where your credit card has been charged.
You must pay for your order before prior to production and delivery. You can do so by credit card, debit card or through Paypal. All our prices include VAT.
We use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your information when you place an order on our secure server.
After you click on the "Checkout Now" button, secure pages are indicated by:
the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"
a "padlock" symbol (or key) at the top of the screen alongside the box where the web address "URL" or at the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser.
We try to keep our site as up to date, however we cannot guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock we will aim to deliver within 28 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within the 28 days you can request cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.
For most items on our website you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by contacting our customer services.
You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are perishable goods or if the product is personalised or custom made to your requirements.
Due to the nature of our products, they are immediately sent for production. Please check your order carefully during the order process as we cannot refund or cancel your order for personalised products which have been mis spelt or you have changed your mind.
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able deliver to your home or place of work.
Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 12 noon the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days but sometimes due to high order volume certain in sales periods please allow 7 days working before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
All small orders are sent out via royal mail 24 or 48 packets post service, if your order is over £15.00 it might be sent out via royal mails recorded packet service, which will need a signature, if you are not present a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office.
Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local post office collection point.
Any package that is returned to us as 'not called for' or for any other reason, we will notify you via your registered email address. If you do not re-arrange delivery with us, within 28 days of the notice, we will dispose of your package and no refund or compensation will be available to you.
We want all our customers to be happy with their order, and so if you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought you have 14 days to return it to us. This does not include personalised items.
Please be advised no returns or refunds will be allowed on personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold. If the product is defective or where there has been an error made on our part then please contact us.
The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour on your computer monitor nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
