We aim to dispatch items as quickly as possible, however some will take longer than others depending on the manufacturing processes used. The below information is about the delivery services available, not including production times.
- Delivered by Royal Mail 48 - not tracked - £3.95
This service is for non-priority deliveries and usually takes 2 days to deliver after dispatch, but can take up to 4. Please allow up to 5 days during busy times such as Christmas. Please note that delivery can also take longer to Northern Ireland and the Highlands. FREE economy delivery can be selected for greeting cards and Wishstrings.
- Delivered by Royal Mail 24 - not tracked - £4.95
Similar to 1st Class, Royal Mail aim to deliver your order the next working day from despatch, but please allow for 2. Please also note that during peak times of the year such as Christmas they can take up to 3 days. Delivery can also take longer to Northern Ireland and the Highlands.
- Delivered by Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £5.95
Same as above, but tracking will be available. Because the above services are not tracked, for peace of mind during delivery we recommend using this service when possible, especially if your order is particularly urgent. The package will not need to be signed for.
(Production is prioritised) – Delivered by Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Courier - £7.95
The production of all orders made using this service is prioritised. Couriers aim to deliver in 1 working day. Please note the couriers do not always deliver on Saturdays.
Royal Mail services are not guaranteed. Although we find that their services are usually efficient and reliable, we cannot control or be responsible for their delivery network and advise allowing for sufficient time for your gifts to arrive, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.
All Royal Mail services deliver on Saturdays, but not Sundays or bank holidays. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. We currently to the UK only.
My package hasn't arrived on time
If your order has not arrived within the time period given to you, it is first recommended that you check with your neighbours because there have been occasions where Royal Mail staff have not left delivery cards.
We also recommend contacting your local sorting office to see if it has been left there for collection.
If you are still unable to track down your package then please do contact us, ideally by replying to your order confirmation or dispatch notification email.
When contacting us it is helpful for you to confirm your delivery address is correct.
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.
If 10 working days has passed and your order has not been delivered we would consider it lost in the post, and offer a refund or a replacement which will be sent as soon as possible.
