Personalised product production times
Please note that we stock all off the shelf items (tableware, balloons etc) which are posted within 24 hours of receipt of your order. However all personalised products carry a production time, which varies depending on the item ordered. Products are dispatched as quickly as possible, but some naturally take longer than others.

Estimated production times:
Dispatched within 24 hours: Cards and Chocolate Bars
Dispatched within 48 hours: Selected Mugs
Dispatched within 1-3 days: Engraved, Printed Items, Embroidered and Candles
Dispatched within 3-5 days: Ceramic and Printed Glass


Please allow extra time during peak periods (Christmas, Easter etc)

Delivery services
UK Standard Delivery

Economy - Delivered by Royal Mail 48 - not tracked
 - Free (£30 or over), £3.95 (under £30)
This service is for non-priority deliveries and usually takes 2 days to deliver after dispatch, but can take up to 4. Please allow up to 5 days during busy times such as Christmas. Please note that delivery can also take longer to Northern Ireland and the Highlands.

Standard - Delivered by Royal Mail 24 - not tracked - £4.75
Similar to 1st Class, Royal Mail aim to deliver your order the next working day from dispatch, but please allow for 2. Please also note that during peak times of the year such as Christmas they can take up to 3 days. Delivery can also take longer to Northern Ireland and the Highlands.

Standard Tracked - Delivered by Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £4.95
Same as above, but tracking will be available. Because the above services are not tracked, for peace of mind during delivery we recommend using this service when possible, especially if your order is particularly urgent. The package will not need to be signed for.

Priority Tracked (Production is prioritised) - Delivered by Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Courier - £7.95
The production of all orders made using this service is prioritised.

Courier: Some products are sent by courier (UK Mail/Interlink) which is shown during checkout. These couriers aim to deliver in 1 working day. Please note the couriers do not deliver on Saturdays.


My package hasn't arrived
If your order has not arrived within the time period given to you, it is first recommended that you check with your neighbours or in your designated 'safe place' because there have been occasions where Royal Mail staff have not left attempted delivery cards. 

We also recommend contacting your local sorting office to see if it has been left there for collection. 

If you are still unable to track down your package then please do contact us, ideally by including your order reference.

When contacting us it is helpful for you to confirm your delivery address is correct.

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.

If 10 working days has passed and your order has not been delivered we would consider it lost in the post, and offer a refund or a replacement which will be sent as soon as possible.
