Please note that we stock all off the shelf items (tableware, balloons etc) which are posted within 24 hours of receipt of your order. However all personalised products carry a production time, which varies depending on the item ordered. Products are dispatched as quickly as possible, but some naturally take longer than others.

Despatched within 1-3 days: Engraved, Printed Items, Embroidered and Candles
Despatched within 3-5 days: Ceramic and Printed Glass
Please allow extra time during peak periods (Christmas, Easter etc)

- Orders between £0 to £7.99 - £1.95
- Orders between £8 to £14.99 - £2.95

UK: 3-5 Business Days
USA & Canada: 10-30 Business Days * at times this can be delayed due to US Customs and can take 60 days
Europe: 10-12 Business Days
Australia: 12-15 Business Days
Orders from the USA and the rest of the world
Orders are shipped from the UK, therefore packages can sometimes be delayed at customs which is out of our control. US orders seem to be held at customs lately, US buyers please allow up to 60 days for delivery. We cannot be held for responsible for dispatched items that are held at customs. We are also not liable for any custom charges your may incur.
Taking delivery of goods is entirely your responsibility. If you are unable to take delivery and the goods are returned to us we will arrange redelivery at your expense. In any event, the delivery charges are non-refundable.
Your order will be sent to the address stated at Checkout * please ensure correct at time of ordering, we cannot send to an alternative address.
My package hasn't arrived
If your order has not arrived within the time period given to you, it is first recommended that you check with your neighbours or in your designated 'safe place' because there have been occasions where Royal Mail staff have not left attempted delivery cards.
We also recommend contacting your local sorting office to see if it has been left there for collection.
If you are still unable to track down your package then please do contact us, ideally by including your order reference.
When contacting us it is helpful for you to confirm your delivery address is correct.
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.
If 10 working days has passed and your order has not been delivered we would consider it lost in the post, and offer a refund or a replacement which will be sent as soon as possible.
