We were so excited here at PartyWorx when Strictly started again this weekend and we love the new celebrity line up. It’s that time of year again when all thoughts turn to Wimbledon and we get giddy with excitement whilst eating way too many strawberries with cream. Whatever the weather this event marks the start of summer, so why not invite your family and friends round and throw a tennis themed party. Here are some suggestions to make your party the highlight in everyone’s calender.
First of all we suggest you check the TV schedules and plan your party on a day when there are some exciting matches planned. It’s much more fun watching the highs and lows of the match with a group of people who are equally caught up in the excitement. Why not have a fun dress code of ‘whites’ too. It is Wimbledon after all.
As a volunteer Beaver / Cub leader I am really excited to be going on a camping trip next weekend. We’ve loads of exciting activities organised including raft building, caving, walking the fells etc, but it made me think about having a camping themed party at home some time. There are all the usual suggestions such as creating a fire pit and cooking hot dogs over it, toasting marshmallows, and of course making s’more’s. Here are some other amazing ideas I found and just had to share:
